Wishing you a very Merry Christmas
Dear friend,
I wanted to take a quiet moment to wish you a very Merry Christmas.
My hope for you today is simple: that you’re able to pause, exhale, and be fully present—whether that looks like time with loved ones, meaningful traditions, peaceful solitude, or all of the above. I hope you feel surrounded by warmth, connection, and a sense of being cared for.
As we look ahead to 2026, I’m holding space for hope, restoration, and joy—for health that feels supported, days that feel less rushed, and lives that feel more aligned with what truly matters.
Thank you for being here, for your trust, and for being part of this community. It is a gift I don’t take lightly.
Wishing you peace this Christmas and joy that carries you gently into the new year.
With gratitude,
Kristy Mount, MD
