After signing up for a membership, schedule your first visit here. You’ll spend a full 90 minutes with Dr. Mount reviewing your personal, family, and social history, completing a physical exam, and, if needed, ordering labs or medications. Together, you’ll also explore the details of your Deserving of Joy membership.
Established Members
Continue your care with Dr. Mount by scheduling a follow-up visit for routine wellness and ongoing needs. If you’re not feeling well, you may book a same- or next-day sick visit. Both options are available in-person or virtually—whichever best fits your schedule.

When should I?
Email: Email is my preferred and go-to method of communication for most non-urgent needs, including questions, updates, medication refills, and blood pressure or blood sugar logs. I check email regularly and aim to respond daily, with a response within 48 business hours. DrMount@DeservingofJoy.com
Text: You may text for simple, familiar concerns such as UTIs, yeast infections, or sinus infections, up to 8pm. Urgent issues are typically answered within 24 hours, while refills and non-urgent requests should be emailed. (317-666-8220)
Call: Text and email are the best and fastest ways to reach me. Because I protect patient visits from interruptions, I do not routinely answer the phone while with patients. If you call, please leave a voicemail and I’ll return it when available. For urgent concerns, including after hours, please text rather than call so I’m more likely to see it promptly.
Schedule a visit: I encourage regular visits every few months to stay ahead of concerns and keep your care on track. Sick visits are available in person or virtually, typically within 1–2 business days. Text 317-666-8220 to request a visit, or schedule directly at DeservingOfJoy.com/appointments.
911/Emergency room: If you ever have a true emergency that can’t wait a few hours for a response, please call 911 right away and head to the emergency room.
Deserving of Joy: Direct Primary Care is located in the historic InLand Building at 156 East Market Street, Suite 900 in downtown Indianapolis.
Ample metered street parking is available outside the building and there is a valet parking garage available directly across the street for your convenience. ($8-12 dollars, depending on time)
