New to the clinic?
After signing up for a membership, schedule your first visit here. You’ll spend a full hour with Dr. Mount reviewing your personal, family, and social history, completing a physical exam, and, if needed, ordering labs or medications. Together, you’ll also explore the details of your Deserving of Joy membership.
Dr. Mount’s former patients may schedule a follow-up visit instead of a new-patient appointment so that we can seamlessly continue your medical care.
Established Members
Continue your care with Dr. Mount by scheduling a follow-up visit for routine wellness and ongoing needs. If you’re not feeling well, you may book a same- or next-day sick visit. Both options are available in-person or virtually—whichever best fits your schedule.

When should I?
Text: Feel free to send a text when we are taking care of a simple issue that you have had many times before (like a UTI, yeast infection or sinus infection). Expect for me to get back to you within 24 hours for urgent issues. Refill requests or non-immediate needs will automatically be deferred to the next business day.
Email: Email is great or longer non - urgent issues. Do you have a question about a new vitamin, vaccine, over the counter medication? Are you giving me an update on an issue that I already know about? This would be the perfect place to send in your list of blood pressures or blood sugar levels that we are monitoring. Expect for me to get back to you within 72 business hours.
Call: I’m available by phone until 9 pm for truly urgent issues. If you are newly ill or injured and unsure how to manage the issue, this is the perfect time to call. I will get back to you within a few hours if I don’t answer immediately. During office hours, I will not be able to pick up the phone if I am seeing a patient. Please leave a voice mail and I will check it daily. Non-urgent issues will be deferred to the next business day.
Schedule a visit: My established patients know that I love to see you in the office or via tele-health every few months so that we can stay on top of all of the little nagging issues that you might be ignoring, to make medication changes, and to make sure that we are on the right diagnostic track! If you are sick and need an exam, please schedule a sick visit in the office. If you are sick but don’t need an exam, please schedule a Telehealth visit. Of course, I will need to do all procedures in the office.
911/Emergency room: If you ever have a true emergency that can’t wait a few hours for a response, please call 911 right away and head to the emergency room.
Deserving of Joy: Direct Primary Care is located in the historic InLand Building at 156 East Market Street, Suite 900 in downtown Indianapolis.
Ample metered street parking is available outside the building and there is a parking garage available directly across the street for your convenience.
